We look to support candidates for public office who either graduated from the US service academies or have significant service experience, have conducted themselves with the highest level of character, and commit to making the values of duty, honor, and unity central to their work in office.

David
Galluch

US Army Senior Aviator Badge

Dave grew up in Hamburg, NY. He was raised by his mother after his father was killed by a drunk driver before he was born. His mom is the force behind his desire to serve and fight for others, as she has fought for him.

Coming from a family with a history of service dating to before the American Revolution, Dave felt called to serve in the military from an early age. He graduated from the US Naval Academy in 2012, and ranked sixth in his class of nearly 1,200 midshipmen. He also holds a graduate degree from the University of Cambridge.

At the height of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Dave sought to put himself at the center of the fight against terrorism by combating the enemy’s weapon of choice – the Improvised Explosive Device (IED) – so he volunteered for the US Navy’s elite Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) community.

While on active duty, Dave deployed to the Middle East with EOD Mobile Unit TWO and to Somalia with SEAL Team FOUR. He and his Sailors were tasked with reducing explosive threats and other weapons on the battlefield. Dave remains honored to have led America’s most elite operators in harm’s way.

Dave was a candidate for the US House of Representatives in Pennsylvania’s 5th Congressional District in the 2022 election cycle. He resides with his wife Caroline in Newtown Square, PA with their two dogs, and plan to raise a family soon.

Chuck
Nadd

US Army Senior Aviator Badge

Chuck Nadd was born and raised in Central Florida. His parents immigrated to the United States to escape the rise of Socialism in France in the early 1980s, settling in the Sunshine State where they would become innkeepers. One of Chuck’s earliest memories is seeing the pride in his parents’ eyes as they became American citizens when he was a young boy.

After the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Chuck felt called to serve in the military to give back to the country that had given his family so much. He graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point in 2011 with honors, and was assigned to US Army flight school in Alabama.

Throughout his twelve-plus years of service, Chuck has flown Black Hawk helicopters and Guardrail spy planes, including during two deployments to Afghanistan. Volunteering for both tours, he flew nearly 500 hours in combat in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Freedom’s Sentinel.

Upon his return from Afghanistan, he attended Harvard Business School on the GI Bill, graduating with an MBA with distinction in 2021. He continues to serve in the US Army Reserve while building the technology startup he founded.

Chuck considers his greatest accomplishment to be his family. He and his wife Shannon live in Orlando where they are raising their two sons and two daughters.
